Well me n Will are off up to church stretton Meeting about 10.30 so a late start only doing about 19 miles but knowing Will we will end up down a hill or to missing a turning so riding back up it again Post code sy66bl so if you see us about come and say hello .. www.theedgecycleworks.com/mtbroutes/long-mynd-loop/

Couple of pics of long mynd , not much to show was having to much fun trying to stay on the descents .. great single tracks , but be warned they are narrow in places www.strava.com/activities/191117217Will off here Dave n Duncan who we met going up the first drag , great bunch of lads One of the climbs back out views are stunning ..my naf iphone can't do it justice think Duncan was happy lol thats it folks bit naff regarding pics but well worth a trip out there plus you can extend the loop to a nice 28 miles one if you like

2300 foot of climbing in the first 11 miles but 3 or 4 cracking descents. and the views are spectacular in places. Well worth a visit. Gaz, where was I when Duncan climbed on that waypoint ?

It's a lovely place to ride isn't it. Can be very windy though. I did my first marathon event there and it nearly killed me. Hope to go again soon.
