This is all kit transferring over from the Knolly mostly.
And I'm off on a weeks biking trip up North and Scotland in June/July, Fort Bill being one of them. Fancy having that stopping power from the 203's in case I need it.

Shame mate as liked the knolly How much did you sell it for pal I loved it too, just time for something new! 10mm more travel, totally different linkage and main pivot system - very similar to the Ibis actually. I haven't sold it yet, once I've stripped it and put all the parts onto the Rune it'll go up for sale. Not sure where to price it at the moment though! Yup. 170mm drop. I'm 6'6" with crazy long legs. So it really should work in my favour. I've ordered the black with black decals. Going for a stealthy build. Only colour will be the white hope logos on the cranks and rims and red hubs. That will look shexy, look forward to the pictures Same. Never quite had a bike 100% how I wanted it, this should be it though with the black! Thought the Knolly was ace - but this new beast will be acerer! Nice! Thanks, just time for an upgrade!

It's time for a change, and I've decided to get something different.
I've just placed an order for a Banshee Rune, along with the new Reverb 170mm drop (those who've met me will no why).
Hopefully the bikes being sent out on Monday, with me on Tuesday and all built by Wednesday (If I can get the fucking Hope cranks off). Bought the bike through BikeActive.com, already crazy helpful and did a few deals on parts to help me get underway.

Glad to hear you're getting a much needed all clear from the doctors and you're out and about!
Hopefully you will be able to get back out on the mtb eventually, would be a shame of you didn't.

Simple way to look at it, if you go with Shimano you won't need a new free hub, but your smallest rear cog will be 11t. Go with Sram and you'll need a new free hub, the XD one, but you can drop down to a 10t and potentially smaller once they develop them.
With all of the above options a new 11spd rear mech, shifter and chain will be needed.

Looks like such a blast! Once I get back out on the bike I'll head out to a local trail and get a video, absolute riot and has been used for the UKGE before.

I was going to get myself one, but decided to stick with the Warden, one of the Giro reps I know has an alu one and he can't get enough of it. He went through an Orange Alpine, and Cube Stereo 160 before this, longest I've known him keep a bike, so that's got to tell you something!

I've really liked my WTB Vigilante front and rear combo over the winter, heaps of grip on literally everything I've ridden. Front has never slipped once, not even on wet roots. I'll be keeping it on the front come proper summer and putting the Wolverine on the rear for some more slick fun in the rear

Back story, riding a new trail, going like the clappers, came up to a 10ft gap jump (anyone who's ever been riding with me knows how shit my jumping is), cleared it perfectly.
