DICK!!! lol, very nice bike mate, If it's half as good as my old V3 (the reviews say its great!!) then it's sure to be a great bike. One might just find it's way into my ownership next year.

That's really nice dude! Try and get one of the new Marzocchi shocks on the rear when they get released.

That's a belter mate. Bit of an upgrade from the GT! Gorgeous and a quite mean looking bike. I really really like that.

I think you are going senile in your old age Pez, My GT was three bikes and 2 years ago! This is an upgrade from my Mega!
I've a Kashima Coat Factory series Fox to go on the back marsbarman. It's such a good shock and I already have it and it will fit, so can't justify the 'zocchi shock unfortunately. On the plus side it's a decent match to the colour of the stanchions. I'm tempted by their stealth dropper though.

Oh and as always, my crappy camera phone pictures don't do it justice. I need to get the decent camera out and take some snaps when I come to take pic's of the Mega for the 'For Sale' ad.

Nice that pal , did the Hopes come pre assembled with the hoses and did you have to cut them down much ?

I didn't have to cut the hoses down as I took them off my Mega which has very similar numbers. You do have to basically go through the same process though as you need to remove all of the fittings to get them through the internal routing. I've got to say the forks seem good so far. They were set up way too soft though but even then felt more supportive through the mid travel than my Pikes, they are just a bit sticky at the moment being new. I'll be giving it a good test at the Wrekin on Sunday anyway!
I'm not sure on the bars though, they may need to be changed to black.

No, I know the GT was your first bike, was just pointing out how far you had come since the first time I rode with you. Which was on the GT - now you are the proud owner of a bloody lovely Meta - nice one.

love it and it will look even better when you get your shock on it. I do agree with what you have said above tho and I don't think the bars or stem suit it, luckily people love the renthal stuff and you will get money back on them both think a more "sleek/delicate" looking stem would suit the frame looks more and all black stem and bar would match the frames yellow to black colour

Back when Zulu was a youngster.. He was young?.... He also had an MTBE sticker. We all do daft things we regret when we are wipper snappers though.
