Cheers guys! Went for it's maiden voyage around the visitors centre this evening - all seemed to work ok and nothing fell off lol.

That's great and he has a really unique bike.
Where did you get the forks for a 24" bike?

Thanks for the compliments. Started thinking about upgrades already lol. Forks are 26" 80mm travel. The axle-crown measurment was about 15mm longer than the original rst sprung things. Slackens the head slightly but not much as I've got the sag set a bit more than normal.
