I may try and make this if it's a slow lap god I need to get out on the bike would be good to see if shoulder is good enough to take it if I'm ok I'll be there if I'm not don't wait I'll try and text Beansontoast if I defo not coming

I know we all have our favourite drink additives ..but Nuun tabs are what I use and they have helped me a lot ..no sugar and the bladder rinses well with just cold water ..
Worth giving them a try ..I used to cramp a lot ..thighs as well as calf muscle ..
