I just have to post this. When you think this forum rose from the ashes (sort of) of another one, when you think most of us are, or at least were, strangers from all parts of the country, whose only connection was a virtual one and only thing in common, a love of MTB - what has happened since the near tragedy of Andy's accident has made me proper proud of you all. Not just the one's who were there but you lads who weren't also, for the positive thoughts and the money raising. At a time when there is an awful lot of shit happening in the world which has made me quietly despair of the human condition, you lot have shown there is hope for us all too. Thank you all very much. I was thinking of taking a break from tinterweb but all this has changed my mind, I'm proud to be associated with this forum after what has happened. There, got it off my chest - I'm not given much to sloppiness, bought up to show a stiff upper lip and all that, but I'd like to finally say, I would quite happily insert my fingers into each and every one of you - THAT"S how much I think of you all.  Have a great weekend. |

Well said Zulu. I just need to get ye all over to Ireland for a weekend of riding and Guinness (well Murphys in my part of world) so I can be in your gang.  cheap flight, cracking hostel on site at Ballyhoura, rent a bike, ride, get merry and repeat..... Anyone want to be my friend.....  |

Got to say all the guys off here and I've met a few great guys off here on our rides outs they have been bloody brill Feel sorry for you lot meeting me even nelly and and we didn't hit it off straight away but we still had a great time you can't get on with every one all the time but yam all a great bunch mans just gos to show when you've all chipped in to help Andy and his wif out means a bloody lot to me big pat on the back big respect to all of ya |
