Dunno bout you guys...But I am sick fed up of seeing fecking rain everyday for about the last 6 weeks or so....... it's never ending.......I say to myself I shall get a wee spot of biking in today.... only to find that a few hours later the heavens open up and the wind howls....WTF happened to the so called global warming....eh.......
I was grateful for the calm dry weather I had a week past Sunday down at Ae for the uplift.... guess what happened when I was heading home at the end of the day!!! yeah..... the heavens opened up.....

I've got proper waterproof shorts (altura something or other) and they do work well tbf. Gaz/Glynns cheapo method of cutting cheapo waterproofs down ain't a bad one though. I think a lot of us are fed up atm Doogs. Gaz is alright he had a 3 month break and has come back loving it. Perhaps that's the way forward?

I could explain how global warming is just going to make our climate around the UK worse, but that's not what you want to hear, so try this link here, should help. Failing that, find a fairly decent trail centre where their trails will be made to handle the weather and wrap up warm!

this is half the reason I am buying the turbo trainer, I hate the clean up after a wet ride, clothes, shoes, bike etc. I will stick to the great outdoors when it is dryer.

Been bogging weather past couple of weeks down here had a few dry days in the week then lashing down at the weekend, bulk of down here is clay so it's scary stuff to ride on when it's like this. So much ground water!
