Interesting how there business model works and the set up that they have - more 'LBS' than 'automated manufacturing plant'. |

They're very slow though!!.. And communication isn't great... They put my 2015 Tusker I ordered back 2 months... After payment... Which I then cancelled, and the 2016 I've recently ordered has also been put back 2 weeks, which I've stated if they have to put back again... I'll be cancelling again. They're a handful to deal with!

Can't fault the product though Adam! and Dirk - that was more about the UK Rep (nob) getting too pally with the Rockshox lads.
Dealing with the actual Rose folk in Germany was a pleasure!

I've had that experience with Canyon, not fun. People said..."well you paid a lot less for the bike, get it sorted locally". :/ Yes, all in all - I'd buy local next time. Thing is - there are bikes about now in this country which means you don't HAVE to buy from Germany anymore to get the best deals. |
