If I have built a hybrid ( old Carrera mtb with road tyres and MUDGUARDS ) to help me get some road miles in for fitness do I have to buy Lycra products and shave my legs  ? |

I think that only becomes neccessary if you have fitted drop bars ..otherwise you should be ok ..

Jokes aside, don't shave them because you get in-growing hairs...just get some hair clippers and do it like that!?
I started doing it since my boxing days and it makes a difference in terms of performance...but specially in terms of hygiene. Its one of those, once you try...i also used to take the piss.
Hodgy...ill try an E-bike and you getting rid of your hairs...lol

If I ever did shave my legs ( not likely ) they would be so much at odds with the rest of my body that I could never walk naked down Bellingham front street again ..I would just get laughed out of the village ....

(not shave...just a tight trim...because shaving with a razor is girly but if you use a machine is manly...lets not forget that very important point)
