Thankfully, I've lost the craving for a fatbike, still got a ss rigid that hardly gets ridden.

Shit...i want this bike sooooo much...how cool? i was actually just thinking today that if i were to win the lottery, one of the first things i would do would be to ask Kingdom to build me a fat Vendetta...after buying the 911, the M6 and the Pagani...

For sure...I've driven one for a few days and I believe it's a car you could easily use everyday. Maybe in a few years, when I'm right in my mid-life crisis...lol! Porsche and BMW for me all day!

( she thinks they are too chav like ..but my 12 yr old loves it ! ) Beats me !

(You might have done it) Once you drive a BM (needs to be 6pot for some power) you will understand. Audi's don't give you the same thrill...specially if you compare with the M cars, rear wheel drive...Focus RS is awesome...yes, a bit chavvy, but what a great car and value for money...i think it will be very difficult to get your hands on one! But good luck!

Roundie ..by that do you mean that I drift off topic ? Lol Or that at my age I will fall asleep at the wheel .... Yep ..I knew about the drift button ...but as to wether I would ever take one on a track or use it ( to drift ) rather depends on the cost of those specially designed Michelin tyres ! The price they ar quoting..( £30k ) is just the starting price and increases significantly with extras ... I will keep an eye out on residual value after a year to 18 months ..but a 2010 model is still in excess of £20 k for low mileage high spec car ...we will see ! Sorry Hodgy for hijacking this thread ..oh hang on ..that's me !!!

I don't think I could bring myself to spend that on a focus, although me and the Mrs are currently looking at the Focus st (diesel) as she's just had a promotion and now gets a company car.

Yeah I do know what you mean ..but like the guy said on the vid .." If you want a family car but need speed "... It's a hell of a lot of car for the money and unfortunately (looking at the older model ) ..seem to hold their value . Nice car the ST ..however although my last 4 cars have been diesels ..it worries me that more cities might take the same stance as London and diesels might be banned in the future ..it's making me think twice ..

" If you want a family car but need speed "... ...you buy any BM with the 3 litre twin turbo petrol engine...which is what i intend to do next since i made the "mistake" to buy diesel...get it remapped (as i will always do with all my cars after noticing the difference it makes on the car not just for extra power and torque, but better economy and mainly smoothness), and you get easily over 360 bhp...20 grand can buy you a lot of cars...and i would much rather buy a BM with 50K miles than a Ford with 20K miles...however, the RS is awesome, no doubt. Diesel's, if you don't do a lot of long motorway miles, are a pain in the arse with the DPF's, etc.

Mine is out too...and remapped after! Best thing I've done! Haven't disabled the EGR because it can create all sorts of problems on mine, without any gains (apparently)!

If not done properly can cause overheating issues... if I drove longer distances.. I'd of kept the DPf... it's only a matter of time until a specific check on a working DPF comes in place... rather than is there a dpf housing in place, and not bypassed...

Mine never over-heats and I never heard that and to be honest, it is actually the opposite. The car only over-heats during the regen process, raising temperature up to 95-96. Obviously it doesn't happen anymore. The housing is still in place.
