Is this route well known ? It's featured in this month's MBR ..and I just found it interesting that all of the off-road stuff was on permissive tracks ..well done to the landowner !  |

Sorry hodgy, only just spotted this post. Yes these trails have become consession bridleways since the eastern moors partnership became involved and reclassified them last april (i think). This is one i often do from home and link up with other trails around totley on the south west edge of sheffield. Its a good route for anyone just starting out in mtb as it keeps alot of its height most of the way round, with beautiful views without having to work too hard to get them
