Hybrid + turbo trainer in the conservatory = bolloxed
i will ill get fit with this and open road and trails bring on summer

Great aren't they? I've been doing the 50 fat burner (6 knackering intervaĺs) a few times a week to help get the fitness back up after a few months enforced hiatus along with actually getting out on the bike too.

Love t mate just a quick way of doing it love getting out and riding nothing beats that but if time is tight it's a great tool

That is the one I use most. Should help my climbing. I mix it up with their 30min one and their 60min one depending how much time I have. Great videos that really stop the boredom and make the turbo a bit more fun.
There is no chance of getting board doing these sessions. Anyone who thinks that should try it.
