It's time for a change, and I've decided to get something different.
I've just placed an order for a Banshee Rune, along with the new Reverb 170mm drop (those who've met me will no why).
Hopefully the bikes being sent out on Monday, with me on Tuesday and all built by Wednesday (If I can get the fucking Hope cranks off). Bought the bike through BikeActive.com, already crazy helpful and did a few deals on parts to help me get underway.

Yup. 170mm drop. I'm 6'6" with crazy long legs. So it really should work in my favour.
I've ordered the black with black decals. Going for a stealthy build. Only colour will be the white hope logos on the cranks and rims and red hubs.

Shame mate as liked the knolly How much did you sell it for pal I loved it too, just time for something new! 10mm more travel, totally different linkage and main pivot system - very similar to the Ibis actually. I haven't sold it yet, once I've stripped it and put all the parts onto the Rune it'll go up for sale. Not sure where to price it at the moment though! Yup. 170mm drop. I'm 6'6" with crazy long legs. Thought the Knolly was ace - but this new beast will be acerer! Nice! Thanks, just time for an upgrade!

Sounds like an awesome spec. I would go 32 NW oval...(regret it not going soon mine)...with 42T cassette... XTR mech...really crisp changes...do you need 203 back and front? i have 180 front and 160 rear with those XTR brakes and rotors...they are sooooo powerful!? i could sell you my XT race spd's for 20 quid if you want...they have just been stripped and serviced...they are very good and work perfectly...you might have noticed i changed to flats?!?!

This is all kit transferring over from the Knolly mostly.
And I'm off on a weeks biking trip up North and Scotland in June/July, Fort Bill being one of them. Fancy having that stopping power from the 203's in case I need it.

Fort Bill is definitely one on the list, I'm not 100% on the other, only really have 4 days or so of riding, with all the traveling as well it's gonna be tough.

Well I've stripped the Knolly, only thing left on there is the headset and KS Lev dropper. As soon as I get the Banshee I'll list it up for sale with all those parts. Getting excited! Good job I live alone, a female would probably get quite angry..
