i you're otherwise happy with the pads, you could try wearing those flight sock things underneath, cut to a knee bandage size (or where ever they were rubbing).thats what i did with my TR shock doctor knee pads.

At that price it's a no brainer ...I'm ordering mine in the morning ...Unless there has been a rush on them tonight..lol If you believe the blurb ...they are light and cool ...

John ...if you decide to change your knee pads ..the Dainese Trail Skins are truly comfy ... Is there a lot of fit adjustment, for example if I get medium so they aren't too baggy is there adjustment to loosen them off. I'm not sure how you assess your knee size.

Order both from CRC and send back the ones you don't want...FOC! Simples

With regard to the knee pads...unlike others I have seen they don't open up fully ...you slide them up over your foot and shin and fasten by velcro . The only time I get annoyed with them is when I have put my shoe on first and then have to take it off again .... Try both sizes..I have quite skinny legs but I'm a large

Q:how do you size them ? By length ? Its trial and error really. The TR ones dont have any adjustment but the material is stretchy. Iv gone for size small in comparison with my new knee/shin pads which fit perfect and are very light and comfy.

I'm assuming though that on the measurement chart if it says 11" as an example that will be the length from top to bottom?

I have ordered the large, the size chart on crc gives a better idea where to measure. Also ordered a pair of TLD shorts for £32.

Got the knee and elbow jobbies - very good and light, you do have to get the sizing right though as they have no adjustment (apart from the stretch trhat is built in). I found the mediums were 'true' mediums - love em.

CRC ...have some 661 pads at the same price 56% off .£19.99 I've ordered large ... Sizing wise it's AROUND your biceps & forearm ...not what the dickhead at the other site told me ! I'll just return them if I don't like them ...

Hmmm,
I got the Rutland email this morning, saw some fancy TLD orange socks that matched the orange on my bike. For £5 plus postage i thought why not.
Sitting in lesson this afternoon and i get an email. They had some stock problem and have "over sold" the socks, so my order has now been canceled!

yep....so as mine. just got an email saying they've refunded my paypal, with no explanation. i wonder if they're telling everyone they've sold out as a way of cancelling everyones order. if i'd ordered other stuff as well, id cancel the whole order as a protest. who wants a pair of gay green and pink leopard print crappy, unsellable sale shit shorts anyway?
