So what's the plan Marquis 0900 Birches ballet 9.30 Some one please let me know I is confused And it don't take much  God help ya when you start riding with us tomorrow  if old cogger starts dribbling again just change his bag for him will ya we are meeting at marquis mate 9am and ride down to meet up with sick note Zulu and ride a bike Jay whos so wants a 29er Orange then we can ride down son of chain slapped and meet up,with Jay n zulu so we can ride back up to find some trails  |

Sorry boys and girls I got worse since Thursday - sore throat and bunged up so ain't breathing great and feel like poo. gutted as I was looking forward to some cheekies and meeting lowcogger and all. I bastard well hate the bastarding, mother fecking winter, I do.  |

Great ride chaps good to catch up with Paul and his crew plus meeting Ivan in his mega girly car Some great banter good slippy riding bloody roots lol ... Don't mention puddles to Paul he's a bit upset about them plus jay getting his wallet out .. Bloody hell there was some cobwebs in it thanks for the drinks mate ... Great routes again mate ps did you get the day off work ? mots you missed out on the after ride haribos mate !!! |

Yeah, managed to get the night off!
Just aswell because the short ride turned into almost 40 miles so I'd have been good for nowt at work!
My original idea was to leave you in the capable hands of Sicknote and I'd scurry home for a kip at around 11.30.

Great day out yesterday ...my first for nearly six weeks on trails which were in the main exploratory ( only the St.Cuthberts cave section wasn't ) ..the ride worked out great ..which is more than can be said for myself ..no great height reached ...in fact if we got over the 300m contour mark all day I would be very surprised ..but lots of short sharp ups and downs over the course of 35 kms which after a bout of inactivity had me totally fooked at the end ..Graham looked as fresh as a daisy !
Speaking of whom ..many thanks for your company ..but seriously you were taking the P a little bit big ringing it up the hill out of Belford after a large chunk of Chocolate cake after a very nice tea room stop..or maybe it was the cake that helped ..I just know that I would have been heaving over the bars if I had partaken!
We didn't need the lights ..but went prepared !
