I will be ordering a SRAM XX1 drivetrain later today or tomorrow. The bits included are:- XX1 11 speed crankset XX1 36T chainring XX1 11 speed rear mech XX1 11 speed trigger shifter XX1 11 speed chain X1 XG1180 11 speed cassette (X1 cassette rather than XX1 cassette because the X1 is black and will look better on me bike) The best price I can find is £684.44 which is from Chain Reaction and using their 10% discount code. Can anybody find cheaper WITHOUT changing any components?? If you can, I'll treat you to a pint (of milk)Thanks all  |

I did look at the whole package at BikeDiscount (which included the XX1 cassette) and it was a bit more than the same from CRC with the 10% discount!
I'll look at individual prices now.

I just spoke to the shop where I got the frame and they're going to 'see what they can do' with the price. With the frame, it was cheaper than CRC plus I got that 10% off on top so hopefully they'll do a nice little deal.
He's phoning me back a bit later.

Nelly has brought my attention to black coloured X01 components and If I buy them, he'd have saved me a couple hundred quid. It started off badly though and he ended up costing me money so, technically, he owed me a pint. |
