Nothing to really warrant a full suss. www.strava.com/activities/541442914

Ant if you plan on two or three rides, try the one gas said locally and if you want to meet up around 40 minutes away in Clapham or Horton in ribblesdale for a better route, I could show you around on the Wednesday morning.
Take the Mrs to Settle one day, they have the flower pot festival on all through July. It's pretty good and some good cafes and pubs. Or another cheeky option is you could let her have a look around there and do the settle loop, or if she's taking her bike the settle loop other than a stiff climb to start would be a good ride and not unduly testing for her, if you do it anti clockwise there's a long field descent rather than a technical descent.
Le me know if you what to meet up on the Wednesday, I'll probably be over that way in any case.

I hope you get good weather. Looking a bit dodgy for some days.
Good rainy day options close by would be Skipton castle, shops and cafes.
Ingleborough caves.

Hopefully it's wasn't to wet, I think we had to miss a bit out when we rode it (which is why there's a road section after Bolton Abbey) as it was a complete swamp.

I'm not feeling up to a 25/30mile ride myself at the moment but we'll see how we get on, always options to cut short or add on dependant on how we feel.
I'm thinking of actually hiking up pen y Ghent summit to descend off ten side and back into Horton, I haven't done it before and it's all naughty but know the way and a Wednesday should be quiet.

Thanks for the company today mate, enjoyed it immensely despite the puncture s d fairly tame route. Just for your info the ride was a smidge under 20 miles, so I should have done s lap around the block, 2500ft climbing. www.strava.com/activities/632139461
