I think the wheels look good, but not sure how strong they are, with so few spokes they look weak.

It is a very nice bike, not overly keen on the wheels ether, just looks a bit too much bling to me

My only concern is how strong those wheels are as there is only 24 spokes? I think they look good, even if they are a bit flash...

How so? The bearings themselves or the cups/seats of the bearings?

How so? The bearings themselves or the cups/seats of the bearings? I'll have to pass on that, I've never actually used them, just going by what others have said in the past

In its original aluminium form it won what mountain bike's bike of the year... Blowing the ( more expensive and better specd bikes out of the water) competition away . Climbs like goat and barrels downhill like a 30 stone fat lad with no brakes. I keep looking out for a demo day up North ... I would love to try one The carbon version is ssupposed to be a notch up again ( well you would hope so! )

This is actually my dream bike , its the sexiest thing I've ever seen ! but never going to afford such a thing as would rather get a car for the family . I did actually think about buying the frame .

It was a bike test over in Italy ... With a fleet of bikes which every rider got to test ride ... Don't ask me what the other bikes were as I can't find the mag. now I. I just remember that it was up against some high end bikes and was comprehensively voted to be the best bike on test...and it was a last minute decision to even include it on the test ( the alu frame ) as it was cheaper and lower specd than the competition.. I also saw a similarly complimentary review in MBR . Of course I don't necessarily believe all the industry hype but I would love the chance to try one
