Training for snowdon ? Weights for lifting bikes up hills ? Bike riding. For riding up hills ? Drinking training for pucking up hills ? On a serious note how hard is it as I am a little on the round side Just remember what goes up must come down lol It's a mountain and you'll be getting to the summit with an Orange 5 plus all your gear.. Say no more! 1100m climb, about 70% on the bike at the most, if you're very fit!.. So you'll be carrying a girder! Hence why I'm taking a HT again!.
