Well first day done  Andy took a trip off the board walk had a wet landing ... Got to say penmancho is bloody rocky and not very flowing but good fun was had guys |

You say getting lost - I say an excuse for a breather! see im getting lost already. just spent an hour trying to incorporate this cadair idris loop saved from the pullouts of MBR mag into the actual climb to the summit. I eventually realised theres been a misprint and this map is actually a Scottish loop
