Jay ..get a tube of Voltarol gel over the counter at the chemist. Just be careful you read the instructions carefully ..but it should help with the pain Edit ..don't bother if it's an open wound ! |

The pain is easing a fair bit now and the swelling is on it's way down too! Still restricted movement in my thumb though but it's a lot better than it was! It'll be fine tomorrow I'm guessing! |
