I`ve just used them for the first to send 2 parcels of bike parts out. the prices are way better than royal mail,specially for larger items.compensation for more expensive items come in far cheaper than RM and the site is mega easy to use.as long as my parcels get delivered on time and undamaged I can`t see me using any other method.

I have used Hermes loads of times and no horror stories here.
Only once did they damage an item and gave me a full refund. I had to send pics. Of the damaged item and the packaging.
Hopefully your stuff should be ok.

I've never sent anything but receive parcels on a daily basis (maybe slightly exaggerating) as they deliver stuff from Next for the mrs. Parcels are always in good nick

I used them when I sold that load of sunglasses on MTBE as they are cheaper, the parcel gets their but it does take a little longer.
