Now I've got the Orange I'm hurting bit for space so my medium 18" Ragley M-74 could go. It's a year old and in very good nick as I had other distractions and didn't start using it till November when I came on here. The frame paint is unmarked dark green but the paint on the cranks has (heel) rubbed through. Wheels are true with no nicks, scratches or dings in the rims. Still on original tyres (with pips) and chain etc. Standard except for Hope q/r seat clamp, lizard skin chain protector. I'll remove the 32 n/w ring and re-fit the original 34 and chain device etc. Pedals will be the standard (crap) o/e Orange ones + a pair of Shimano SPD's which did about 10 miles on wife's road bike (don't ask!)
How does £400 sound?
ETA I'm near M1 jn 25 (DE72 3RH) but come to Penistone every 2 weeks or so. The bike is not advertised anywhere so there's no rush. Back brake is a bit spongy but I have a bleed kit coming soon. (Thanks Munky) Includes 2 new spare tubes and a pair of old but unused Michelin wildgrippers .

I`ll definitely show him yours Michael. also waiting for someone to get back to me about a boardman fs team.i want to give my mate a couple of options rather than just showing him one bike.

I can also vouch for the Crush, as the frame used to be mine, and Mike is right, they do come a little smaller than similarly sized frames, depends on the "mates" budget!...

Did you check back in the old mtbe? I guess you may have as there's a boardman 650 for a measly 450£ I recall the seller buying the bike early this year so it should be kosher.
The orange cove hustler looks like a very nice bike, maybe out if your mates budget though unless you can get him down.
