Gor blimey, whatever will they think of next.
TOP TIP: If your plane crashes in the desert and there's no water, simply suck your 5-10 freerides and survive for 3 weeks on what they hold.

Don't know if it was the same brand but came across these machines on our jolly on Arran ..in the Glenartney Hotel last year ! As you say a game changer...although living in an area where there is no natural gas ..and our heating requirements are taken care of by oil ...I just need to stick my shoes in the " boiler room " ..and they are always ready by the next day !

My are currently stuffed with newspaper which helps draw the moisture out. Defo speeds it up if you remember to change the wet paper!

They do have these devices at numerous youth hostels, and hotels popular with hikers, and purple haired ramblers...

My Tevas (being a lot less of a superior product) don't really get wet unless the water comes over the sides (often, wish I'd got the high ankle version now), So to combat the wet interior I find a few hours in the airing cupboard with the insoles out does the trick lovely.

Ah yes, that reminds me of the old joke. If the answer to the question is "Cock Robin" what's the question?

That might not be a bad shout. I'm having to rotate through 3 pairs of shoes at the moment and wearing 2 pairs I wouldn't really choose to do just because my favourite ones are drying out. When it comes to spds for the cx bike I only have one pair so until they're dry I don't use the bike. Leaving them in the garage to dry probably doesn't help neither did today's weather. Sneaky deep mud hidden a layer of crispy ice, straight through ice to end up knee deep in mud.
