Not been out much the last few weeks - problem with my knee followed by the worlds worst cough and cold. Knee feeling quite a bit better and towards the end of the cough and cold so I thought I would go and do a few miles. Got all togged up and set off - 200yards from my house hit an ice patch and down I went. Landed on my elbow and hip which are now minus a lot of skin and throbbing like fuck. Jacket, top and bottoms all ripped !!!! Back on the sofa where I have spent most of the xmas hols. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Bloody flip mate, unlucky. Hope you are better soon. Was this on those silly, no tread, 1mm wide road tyres? If so, I can't say I'm surprised. Was on nights last night and coming home at 6 am the roads were lethal  |
