So have a few days off work and the kids go back to school tomorrow, I timed that well . So spent today getting the bike out the shed for the first time in about 6 weeks (due to work) and giving it a once over. Put the new minion up front that santa gave me( first time with a maxxis for me, its a 2.35 but looks the same as my 2.25s) and took the smorgasbord off the rear ( I think its a bit heavy, draggy) and put the nobby nic back on. Cleaned out the camelbac ( had started to grow mould!!!) And packed the back pack. Have my new on one enduro helmet and new glasses from santa, in the car ready for their test ride. Drop kids at school 9am then off to the trail centre.........hope the lungs can take it.

Well it was pissing down all night, but woke up to blue skys this morning woohoo. Dumped, sorry dropped the kids at school and headed off. Took it handy, the trails were not bad, just rivers in places. Tried out the new gear and have to say I am loving the on one enduro lid, good fit and comfy. The maxxis did its job but cant really tell after one slow pootle and lungs held up surprisingly well. Got home and dried the bike off......bring on 2015.
