orange five pro running standard 3x10 raceface cranks, xt rear clutch. using middle ring (32 tooth) for most things, so was wondering if i went 32 tooth narrow wide as its the same size would i need to mess with chain length and rear mech size or just strip off the fat and add the ring?

Just strip the bits off you don't need. You'll just need the chain ring and single speed chain ring bolts

Or the raceface spacers or wot ever they are called Tabs

I just bought an O5 with the same kit.
I did the 1x10 using a Blackspire n/w ring which has the female part of the chainring bolt integral to the ring. Therefore I could use the existing male bolts ie. without buying shorter bolt or the spacer tabs. Have a look as you might get away with this on the raceface ring.
You can spend the £5 to £10 you've saved on cat food.
