The destructions on my LEV recommended anti sieze or carbon paste, so I would assume it's the same for any alu post. Carbon would need carbon paste though.

I have no experience of carbon fibre but have read many comments that you should not use grease on carbon as it can react over time, that said I also read alu and carbon fibre can react, wtf, who knows....not me.
