Less air is always good I've not been out at all yet this year. Is Snowdon hilly? If best get cracking or Zupoo will be overtaking me.

Your certainly putting the miles in. It's hard to get motivated when the weather as bad as it is at the minute. I notice you've signed up for the Strava Climbing challenge (me too) so understand your need for hills

Well done Gazza! so far my training this year consists of half a loop of the dog - pathetic. I'm off for 9 now though so apart from today, fettling the bike, fitting my new ODI grips and being a lazy twat - I'll be hitting it. Haven't got a road bike (thank God) so I will force myself out on the single speed doing the Blue run at Cannock, as well as enjoying the new dropper on the Dog, just to mix it up. The single speed is bloody hard work on a 32t cog up front and a 16 on the rear but if I'm to have any chance of staying the course in April I have to push myself on. Let's not forget we're doing a good, tough trail the day before in Penmachno too.
