So I am currently running my gopro at 960-30ps and find that the quality is really downgraded when uploading a video onto youtube. Who uses vimeo? Is it better for quality?

When viewing the video on my laptop prior to extracting the quality is great and then at speed on youtube it is blurred

Would it improve on 1080 setting or 720-60?

Going for 720p or 1080p will be better as there is less work to do when it's rendered as well, so less of a loss in quality.
