useful tips please. to dry out my shoes/boots after a ride I stuff em with newspaper to dry them from the inside. my boots are almost dry now after a particularly wet ride 5 days ago. iv tried drying them out quick on the radiator, and slow over a few days, spraying them with aftershave type stuff, but no matter what I do I cant stop them from eventually smelling of cat piss . iv thrown plenty of riding shoes away over the years just because of the aroma due to the constant drying of wet shoes...............................any ideas anyone?

I'll start with an obvious question. Do you have cats? Other than that I use cheapo charcoal insoles. They cost pence from really cheap shops but the charcoal in 'em gets rid of the "aroma". Weirdly enough if your feet stink it stops that too. Something my Grandad told me about and it works.
