I know its not in the same league but im thinking of doing London to Brighton off raod this year. Do the South Downs one bigger harder and if it's muddy it will be a killer  ) |

Yeah I know of that one and have read some of the blurb ..nowhere near all..my suspicion arose when they called it an " off pavement " ride and my interest waned altogether when I read that no real technical ability was needed .. Roadie ride !!!! |

I wish I had mates who would be up for it haha. Most have no interest and the others can't through family commitments etc. I think the organised option would be best for me. There's no shortage of them and most seem reasonably priced. Euan and I were gonna do Mega last year, but he ghey'd it. I decided to save for a season instead of spunking about 1k on Mega. Neither happened. Feck! Sounds like most of the plans I make .. |
