Flick of a switch on top of the fork leg. Bit gimmicky I suppose but it deffo makes a difference on climbs.

Will just wants it for a quick XC machine, if I know will, he's not so interested in it being a big hitting machine... But rather, a light fast run-around. 120mm isn't suitable for smashing it about... I'm sure he realises this.

Exactly this ^ you could also add longer travel forks at a later date of course, if you wanted it to ride as a hard hitter..

My hard hitting days are gone ......... passed me by to be more accurate Hey Will - how were on one with the damaged frame? happy enough with how they are dealing with it? when are you getting a replacement? Reason I am asking is a selfish one tbh, looks like I'll be getting the full bike 456 from them but am a bit concerned about the stories of their cack customer service. Interested to hear how you got on with them.

Interested to hear how you got on with them. It's not so much customer service.. It's the ridiculous waiting times for complete bikes and the fact they seem to be put together by untrained monkeys.. I've bought at least 4 frames from On One and never had a problem. Having said that, I've never had to return one. I've also bought numerous other bits and bobs from them and again, never had any issues.. Different story for complete bikes though..

Yeah I know mate - lad at work had a full bike and they fecked him about summat rotten, broken promises, wrong delivery dates etc. Munky has been to the shop to buy stuff and said that the lads who work there basically gave him the impression that they didn't give a flying one - took them half an hour just to get a frame down off a display for him to look at.
Doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence...then you have Adam who's Parkwood had a x-threaded brake caliper bolt...all I've ever heard is bad.

I guess if you don't mind waiting and checking the bike over when it eventually arrives, you'll be ok.

I had a codeine on order for 2 months... Cancelled... And the cross-threading on the rear caliper on the Parkwood.. My 2 complaints... Had many frames and gear from them without issue, other than that...

When I was in there the other week they seemed ok, happy to help and not left waiting around. Quite laid back place really but if the aftersales are the same can see them been a bit slow.

Interested to hear how you got on with them. Customer service has been spot on. Rang them up on Thursday and told them what had happened and the lad apologised profusely and said they could arrange for it to be picked up, I could drop it at a Click & Collect place or make my own arrangements and they would refund the postage. I chose the latter as we have a collection by FedEx every day. A lady rang me Friday, again apologising for the situation and saying they had received the damaged frame and would despatch a replacement that day. It arrived today (Saturday) First class service, i'm sure you'll agree. I thought about buying the full bike but I had so much half decent parts in the man cave I thought I would use them. Items I had : A set of wheels all set up tubeless - brake discs - cassette - chain - Zee mech - seat post - saddle - stem - bars - grips - pedals. Also had a crank but have decided not to use that. The only probem with doing it this way is when done, I'll have a second had bike

Agreeing with all of the above, though why anyone would want to be a radiator is beyond me.
