I'm normally a 9/9.5 and i went for the 45 size. perfect with summer socks and snug to get on with my winter sealskinz but once on very comfortable, fantastic shoe IMO

I'm usually 41/42 for trainers/boots, but got 43 for Shimano shoes and they fit a dream with SealSkinz on.

to be fair nelly some of the advice came after I pressed the 'buy' button. i also asked the same question on another forum and the advice was a bit of a mix.so it was still a bit of a toss-up as to which ones would be best bearing in mind im not intending to wear 2 pairs of socks with them. thanks for the advice anyway lads.

The moral of the story being ..don't waste time on other inferior forums who are indecisive..just come on here to be led astray...

I'm always a 10 and have gone up a size with spd shoes in the past. BUT I ordered a 46 originally and they were far too big so swapped for 45 and it's fine... This was with am45 btw
