So my reverb started playing up, wouldn't hold air pressure and more or less stopped working. I contacted bike discount.de on the 7th Jan and they told me to send it back. So I posted it back on the 8th with their free returns service. A few days later I got an email saying they had received it and would send it for processing. Next contact I had was on the 23rd saying it would be replaced under warranty and it would be dispatched the same day. Turned up yesterday so I was well chuffed, door to door in three weeks and zero hassle

That's brill mate , sent mine back to sunset was replaced with in a week ,so was well chuffed but that's great news as you had to send it out of the uk , Just had some five tens off them great fast service and cheap as chips

Bike discount are excellent until you want a refund of them, tighter than a ducks arse, it took me and another lad from the other forum over 3 months to get our refunds

They have a UK distributor now mate. I was talking tongue in cheek btw (famous last words? ).
If all goes well though I've already earmarked the Ti version LEV as my next upgrade, the DX will go on the 456. One thing is as sure as shit though, I wont be purchasing a reverb ever again, the LEV just feels better in every way.

Lol, well if this one goes tits up I'll consider something else, maybe the Thomson dropper. Or I'll keep getting it replaced under warranty as long as I can Question, as this is a replacement will this now have another 2 years warranty?

Warranties normally go from the date of your original purchase even if it has been replaced.

Looking at ordering from theses, is they any bother with stock levels like website says they have it but don't. Don't want a fight to get me money back like Euan did.
