Recently bought marsbarmans Whyte G-150 off him, so whilst the frames with the powder coaters I thought I'd put a few bits together. Got the wheels all sorted but gone old school and installed tubes, I'll convert them to tubeless when I get paid, tyres were a right bitch to get on the rims but hey ho all done now. Quickly set up the stem/bars but they'll need cutting down, currently at 800 at the mo.

Dem tyres.
Got a Trail King on the front of my whip, amazing tyre, never felt like it was going to struggle for grip. Good luck trying to seat them for tubeless dude, I was swearing solid for about 2 hours.

Worked out to be just over £300 gaz, worth it though as they'll set the bike off well. Did you have to use the adaptor if using the compressor, I was going to use a track pump but think I'll pay 20p to use the compressor instead.

They're pretty solid, not overally light, but they are AM 29" rims...

They're pretty solid, not overally light, but they are AM 29" rims... I don't think they're too bad weight wise, they don't seem to be much heavier than my arch ex wheels. Good to know they're solid wheels though, couldn't find a bad review on them.

If so I,lol take you up on the offer mate mine`s a ghetto style compressor made from a garden spray bottle and I use a track pump to charge it to about 80psi.

Got the frame back from the powder coaters, started to build it back together, managed to get headset, bottom bracket and all but 2 bearings installed. Just need to get the 2 bearings replaced then swing arm can be put together and the deals can go on. (When they arrive!)
