RESPEK, innit.. I wanted to join the Para's to begin with but decided to get turned down by the Marines instead. ha ha,you young uns fall for it every time actually I was in an armoured regiment driving tanks and armoured cars but the only time you see the vehicles I drove is when you visit a military museum

It's getting a bit too regular now neil, this is third time in about 12 months.all i did was lean over me bike when i was checking over for sundays ride and when i straightened up it felt like i'd been stabbed in me lower back. Not so good ... I get the occasional twinge these days ( but enough about my sex life!) ..that can be brought on just by bending down to pick something up ..dull ache for a day or two then it disappears for months on end ..has it's roots though going back 30 years when walking back from a night club in Stanley in the early hours larking about with mates I got smashed into the metal poles that protected folks at a bus stop ..instant agony ..and 3 weeks lying on a board downstairs at home ..was going through a divorce at the time so no one to look after me . You have my sympathy..,

Couple of little updates to the bike, put a 40mm stem on as I felt too stretched with the 50 I previously had on. And upgraded the rear shock to a Monarch Plus RC3 DebonAir.

Well the bike is now how I want it, totally done. Upgraded the drivetrain to the new 11 speed XT gear, Renthal Apex stem and fatbars. And after sending my reverb off to TF Tuned it's all working spot on, good to have the old girl back together.

She's a cracker. I would prefer Renthal Fat Bar Carbons to keep it black. Me too but can't justify the cost!!

Love it! Brilliant spec and it looks amazing. I preferred the black kore bars but other than that, perfecto!
(Just noticed tyre decals need lining up, and can you not get a blanking plate for the front mech?)

As for the bars the kore were only on cos they were in the sale! Can't be arsed lining tyre decals up, too much of a pain in the arse.

I didn`t enjoy gisburn last week so I`ll give it a miss.i need to get down wharny n greno on the froggy to get some practice runs in for the next mates race. the guy who organises it has asked for some volunteers to cut back some of the vegetation from the track next Saturday so I`ll be going down there and getting a few runs in afterwards.
