I desperately need a new bag, I have one of those tiny camelback things and can fit my water, a multi tool and a quick link, that's it
Need a bag that hold 2/3L tolls and spares, food and a jacket. Every time I go to buy one I think that the money could be better spent on other crap. What do other people have and are there any going cheap anywhere online?

In addition to scuffing my forks yesterday, I broke the zip on my £8 Tesco hydration pack that I've been using for 3 years. I'm in the market for a new one and a £17 subscription to MBR gets you a Camelback Charge 10L which i'm tempted by, but I have no idea if 10L is big enough as I don't know what size that transpires to be!

I've got an Evoc FR trail um limited. . Thing. Looks nice, has a spine protector and hold the kitchen sink.
At £130 though, it's a bit on the expensive side.

I do have an orange Camelbak Mule in the cupboard, not sure what size it is, no bladder in it. Yours for £25 if you want it. I'll even bung it through the wash.

anyone got a 10L bag? I'm hovering but not sure it's big enough, given my zip broke because I had so much in there and I forced it.

I have a 12l berghaus remote that I got for £25 off amazon last year, plenty big, and comfy. I also have an aldi jobbie that I take out when conditions are really muddy and its been a good bag too.

id be a bit careful about relying on the freebie with subscription.iv heard of instances where claiming it can be a hassle. I was going to suggest the btwin 700 also but personally don't think its quite big enough. I wouldn't want anything less than about 14 l capacity plus bladder.i went for the next one up from the 700. which is the 920.they're both well made but trying on the 920 is a must because of the chest strap www.decathlon.co.uk/920-water-pack-back-protection-id_8302302.html

While agreeing that you got a good deal for the money .. It's still a relatively small pack ! My mate got one of these as a freebie for a subscription from MBR ...after initially being impressed ( mainly cos it was for nowt) he said that it didn't hold an awful lot of gear ..and complained that the shape of the reservoir was a bit of a drag around his lower back . You think nowt of spending thousands on quality bikes ...stop being so cheapskate on the one thing that you have to drag around with you apart from yourself .. Buy a HAWG ......for all day comfort
