how very dare you tell these lies about me I gave you half your porky bar back to ya ... well nipped over to degla with lowcogger and a few others we had a tad of snow which made for some interesting   Lee n Dazers bikes very nice  my old snow plough  just having a min after the long climb up ..  matts yeti very nice  mr coggers bike     oops some ones broken a chain ...  couple of miles later and oops someone's had a mishap dented his rim and a tubless fail ... bugger some great wrist action was going on  about a mile later and Daz wanted in on the action lol after that no more mishaps and my phone batteries died great day brilliant banter and meeting up with Mat Daz Lee and mr lowcogger again plus the lad from rugby sorry cant remember his name |

Yeah I had already figured out for myself the amount of miles he does that he couldn't exactly be a slouch!

I think Gaz is solid proof that hard work and determination really does pay off!
I couldn't believe how much quicker, fitter and confident (on the bike) he was the last time I rode with him..

Looks like you have had a great time ..what's that white stuff called again .... lol in my defense I was and still am slow on hills .. just not as slow as I was got to say dropping some weight and spinning my legs has helped know end , plus starting to enjoy my mtb'ing more as im not blowing out of my arse hole so much....
tell ya wot them guys and mr cogger do half fly down the hills .. bugger me they are fast lads glad I was tail end Charlie
