Sod morals! When my mrs had her lazer eye surgery around 7 years a go she had agreed £600 deposit and the rest on 0% after a bit of discount, when we got there for the surgery and she had to pay, the lass on reception got confused and never took our deposit. £600! Kerching!

Also used do the old busy bar trick, get someone's attention waving a £20 around, order drinks with the £20 clearly visible, when he/she is ringin it up on the till swap it for a tenner, hardly ever worked but every now and then you would get an extra £10 change
