first time in months i get some time to take the bike out and meet up with pez n jay and i wake up with a thick head sore throat and aces all over . think some one or thing is trying to tell me something about riding me bike  |

Meet us over Sandwell valley tomorrow at 9 Chris! It's only short but we will do a few laps and some off piste. If you don't feel good after a few laps you aren't more than a mile away from the car park but it has some good features to session.
