well i did it 45.4 kms in 3 hours 48 mins, but what a mud fest, and i fell off on a climb back wheel slid and i could not un clip fast enough, lol just fell sideways like delboy through a bar .As for the overall ride i enjoyed most of it, excep[t the last 3.5 kms as i had to stop for cramp in my legs 3 times, think it may have been from the mud as it was bloody hard going ,even peddling down some hills to keep going, allso was soaking wet and rained all the ridewill put some stills up when finished loading them to pc

You can do a manual entry for hour ride but don't think you can edit the ride you just uploaded ..

Bananas and electrolytes, keep cramps at bay! Nunn tablets are pure electrolytes with no added sugar or caffeine ..always drop 2 in the Camelback work a treat !

High 5 zero for me - pretty much the same thing? Err ..no ..that's mainly an energy drink and while it does have some electrolyte content it's main purpose is to give you a sugar rush The Nuun tabs are pure electrolyte which is why they work so well at stopping / seriously reducing cramp ..I use Torq energy gels for a " boost "

Neil, they are the same. I use them too. Berry flavour are nicest IMO or get the neutral ones which have no added flavour (nice when added to a camelbak full of squash) highfive.co.uk/product/hydrate/zero. You can get caffeine ones too but they taste absolutely minging.
