To get to Cannock Chase it is a 4 mile cycle - Approx 2.5 mile of that is on the canal (very pleasant) the other 1.5 mile is around country lanes and can be very hairy at times. Over the winter the council have built me this - it starts at the bottom of the road from me and delivers me to the canal 
no more scary lanes to ride round. After a great deal of thought I have decided to allow others to use it (it's just the type of guy I am).
