Weathers horrific outside, ive been laid up with Glandular fever since late Friday so thankfully missing it bar the fact I cant sodding sleep, still want to get some miles done though! This is wear turbo trainers great sod the weather just hitch the bike up an pedal.

Tomorrow I'm going to venture into the garage to retrieve a rim I'm doped up on drugs and signed off from work so may as well build a wheel.
