I snapped an alloy banjo bolt whilst nipping it up to the rear brake calliper...... I sent an email off to SS to ask if they had any spares that I could purchase rather than having to fork out for the full kit...
I received a reply from them apologizing for the hassles I have had and that they will send out a few spares by next post...FOC.... can't say fairer than that....... Kudos to them.....  |

Just glad to hear you snapped your banjo bolt and not your banjo string....thats a whole different story.

well i would be more like wtf the bold was made of cheese. or are you a gorilla with a spanner. if it snapped that easy i wouldent want a replacment. i would want my money back to get some better quality ones .

There super light ones and come with warning all over the pack not to over tighten
I also broke one with my final "just making sure" nip

well i would be more like wtf the bold was made of cheese. or are you a gorilla with a spanner. if it snapped that easy i wouldent want a replacment. i would want my money back to get some better quality ones . no I'm not... just an old fart that gets forgetful and doesn't know his own strength..... 
Plus the fact I admitted it was my own fault that the bolt snapped..... they didn't have to replace the item FOC... but they did.....

I like them cos when they sent the nanotech's I ordered for my sons bike they also sent a little packet of Haribos ..which I ate before he saw them ...
