But they will just turn round and say you've got to live with it ... Doctors told me that for years. Went around 3 years without any real treatment, just a repeat prescription for painkillers. I was kind of stuck in the middle, not severe enough for an operation but still suffering. The pain was unbearable at times, usually at night when I wanted to sleep. To cut a long story short, I changed doctors because I moved house and the new doctor sent me for physiotherapy after my first appointment. I didn't think it would do anything but I was clutching at straws, I just wanted the pain to stop... Turns out, it worked amazingly well. Had around 2 months of it and not had a single twinge since. Next to toothache, backache is the worst.. |

I had a bad back on and off for nearly 12 mths, the pain had started to come down my right arm. I went to the chiropractor in kford and though it took a few sessions i felt much better. I walked out feeling battered after the first session but soon picked up!!!!

Yeah, had gooch ache since the Peaks - think that saddle has to go! was bloody painful at the Pines yesterday and I was cheating on a FS too.
