That's not all you will be losing if you stand around too long ..things have a tendency to snap off at that temperature ! That's ok, he probably doesn't use his 'thing' anymore anyway. |

Finally ready (I think) been on nights and had 3 hours kip, so I'll probably turn up in the Mrs' dress. My usual terrible preparation for a ride - no sleep, out on the piss this afternoon and a chili con carne for dinner Don't care mind and no excuses - this is all about fun for me - if I can't do it, if it becomes too hard then that's it, it's me own fault and no moaning. Whatever happens though, I'm determined to enjoy it. The only good thing I'll do is be in bed for 10 as I'm nodding already - see you all on the trails!! Oh and iRide - soz mate, got the nibbles and your sarnies and pasties are all gone. Got a bag of wine gums though so we'll be fine. |

To get to the trails head along the A5 and take the B4406 to Penmachno. Drive through the village and carry on for about 1km. The trailhead is up the forest track on the right.
