How often do you get problems with the tyre coming off the rim?
I know it depends more on what type of terrain you're riding etc, but is it as common a problem as I've convinced myself that it is?

Just mind what tyre pressure you run them at, its common to run them at low pressure for extra grip but you will run the risk of flat spotting your rims and you may bet a bit of burping the air out... and also its better to have tyres with strong sidewalls, which in turn adds more weight, but tubeless is good, recommended

I used the gorilla tape method with great results , not had a puncture that's stopped me riding since going tubeless (4 years ago), Currently using Mavic 819's though on both bikes as it's so easy, run around 24psi in both front and rear , as for damaging rims or burping I've never had an issue . Saturday ride with retro guys one downhill caused 6 pinch punctures out of 26 bikes , no issues for me even at 24psi , DO IT
