I stripped the lockout lever/low speed compression lever down to clean out the grit on the fox forks but managed to lose 2 of the 3 ball bearings that hold it all to the shaft.thank you mr winstanley/fox spares for pulling me out of the shit.

my wife said I was acting like a child in the supermarket,i laughed so much I almost fell out of the trolley.

Postman called for me today with my newly won Time pedals from eBay
The seller also included the cleats and bolts which I wasn't expecting ..so that was an added bonus ( worth £18.00) as they are virtually brand new
..Piostie also brought my knee protection ..which seem comfortable enough ..although slightly strange as I have never worn any before
