Cant seem to find any , its for my hardtail that i wish to use from time to time on small trails , i want one thats got no cables to worry about and can be swapped over , another reason is that my scott has no points to put a cable and dont fancy usinf cable ties .
seen that lev kind and thomson did them and x fusion , would like to get the x fusion but can seem to find any or find any that says its got the lever .
thanks in advance .
my seat post is 34.9 so i will be getting a shim to fit 31.6 .

"oh shit, that drop coming up has surprised me, let me remove my hand from the handle bars and play with my crotch"
no thanks, droppers are good for on the fly adjustment, go for one with a remote, im sure you can modify existing cable routing to take another cable

I had a KS Supernatural and it had the option of both. Tried it with the under seat option and soon reverted back. Similar to what Nelly says - I found when I needed to drop my seat it coincided with me needing both hands firmly on the bars.

Buy some zip ties that are the same colour as your frame and do it that way. Less likely to smush your face into a tasty tree.

I had the one with the lever under the seat, had a major brain fart. put left hand on lever with right hand covering front brake. brain said pull a lever so right hand pulled his.
stopped in a major hurry, didn't fall off but must have looked good from behind.
Wouldn't go back to one after having a bar mounted remote. been half way into a section with seat up and managed to drop the seat without loosing any speed.

I agree with all of the posts about safety and having bar mounted release. But I won't be riding trails that I ride with the cube with reverb stealth as the Scott will be xc only and for fitness on say green and blue grade routes and never on trails I haven't been on and only on trails that I know .I know the risks and I know what I will be riding with the Scott .i just want the simplicity of having a cheaper dropper that I can just take out seat post ..The Scott is also carbon and wouldn't want the zip ties marking the frame and having clutter on bars that I have no space for anyway (very short carbon bars) .
But thank you all for caring and I really do agree of the dangers of having no remote cable .

Thanks for this .. wondering if it's worth getting the ks kind shock version , does the kind shock with the remote come with the lever so I get the choice anyone coming to fit it ? www.bike-discount.de/en/buy/kind-shock-dropzone-remote-31%2C6-mm-x-385-mm-47063The one with just the lever is £20 cheaper .. The exoform version looks ok and may do the job but never heard of them. I also need to get a 34.9 to 31.6 shim for carbon frame . Also reverbs are now doing my head in wit the play in it at top of the clamp .it's a bit annoying on the cube and my spare none stealth reverb .

I honestly would'nt bother with a dropper that isn't bar mounted remote. What's the point else? like having tits on a bull.

agree whats said about the underseat lever version. it goes halfway to defeating the object IMO. I got myself one of these , I know its early days yet but works fine so far, after replacing the inner and outer with better ones. www.discountcyclesdirect.co.uk/catalog/product.php?CI_ID=14863&Item='ICE%20Lift%20V8%20Adjustable%20Dropper%20Seatpost%20with%20Remote' one I got isn't exactly the same as this,it must be an older version

Biggest difference I noticed between my Lev and the Reverb was the lack of post 'play' on the Lev. Rock solid. Oh, plus the Lev works.

The eTen is made by KS, it's there budget range. The main lower seat post shaft is steel and the damper is single chamber/open bath type. Box is badged with loads of KS logos.

Isn't that called a seat post QR ? Yes lol but now thinking of leaving it for just now and maybe just using spare none stealth reverb as I got a commy to build soon .just cant make my mind up for either 26er Sx or 650b V4 , it will be mainly used for my missis who loves the pink Sx and i like it too ..but I also like the V4 .
